The Compliance Hero – Fitness Enthusiast – Janelle has a passion for helping small businesses to improve business performance and deliver strategies for tax planning and minimisation.
With a degree in Business, majoring in Accounting, and obtaining membership with the Chartered Accountants she established Tax Biz Accounting in 2013. She has grown up with a background in primary production and enjoys helping businesses understand the tax issues within this arena. Janelle delivers solutions to complex issues in a simple manner that her clients can easily digest.
Attending Gym throughout the week is important to Janelle however her speed, strength and agility is mostly tested in the cattle yards whilst escaping from protective mothers.

The Perfectionist – Checklist Queen – Carly holds a strength of creating processes and checklists to streamline the efficiency and accuracy of client’s financial requirements. Sharing of knowledge to our clients is an aspect Carly enjoys by offering specialised training in Intuit and Xero accounting programs.
Carly holds a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Human Resource Management and is currently undertaking a Tax Agent program through The Tax Institution. We all know the tax system is not simple! There are many questionable situations where rules need to be further analysed. Carly holds the willingness to research the rules of this so called ‘simplified’ tax system.
Out the office is when the ‘Crusty Demon’ comes out of Carly, well maybe not quite! On weekends you will find her packing up the camping gear and bikes to tackle the bush trails with her family.

The quiet achiever – Data entry dame – Paula joined the firm as an administration assistant in 2018. Always eager to upskill, she completed her Income Taxation Preparation Course to assist with basic tax returns and broaden her knowledge for data entry requirements.
